AAC BLOCK PLANT

The AAC Block Plant is a complete manufacturing solution designed for producing lightweight, durable and thermally insulated Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks. The plant processes raw materials such as fly ash or sand, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminium powder and water in accurately controlled proportions.

The manufacturing process includes raw-material preparation, batching, mixing, moulding, pre-curing, wire cutting, autoclaving and final block handling. Advanced automation and precision control help maintain uniform block dimensions, consistent density and high production quality.
